On the Road... Again.

We blasted out of Colorado on Sunday, thinking fondly of our precious Colorado friends (and hoping some will visit us this Summer? Pretty PLEASE?), while at the same time waving a cheerful good-bye to Denver (which we expect not to miss - even a smidge).

Where are we going?

For HOW long?

Why?

These are good questions which I would answer except I think it would be more interesting if you'd just follow along with us on our gallivants.

Today we are arrived at beloved Marvel Hill in Idaho to offload stuff from our over-packed van.
Then? To impose upon and share fellowship with some dear friends here and there, hither and yon en route to California to spend a few weeks with family.
Today though, we lit a fire in the wood stove, introduced Bryce to our Ida-home, rediscovered long lost toys, plinked on the piano, roasted S'mores on a camp fire, lit the Aladdin lamps, and generally fell in love with this place all over again.
We'd be tempted to spend a longer stretch here right now, but for risk of never getting to California!

Tomorrow we'll put things away and romp around the woods some, then late afternoon we're off again.

Stay tuned...

Those Oreos are disappearing faster than I care to admit.
And I can't even blame AJ; I know right where they're going! ;-D

Ashley, regardless I would LOVE to see you gals! Maybe a park day?

Ejoy, Analene, and say hello to our California for me once you get there. This is the time of year that I really find myself yearning for home. Could have something to do with a couple feet of snow here and knowing the flowers are already blooming there!

A park day would be fun! I'm sure Andi and Mom would agree. :)
