Someone wasn't very smart about where they left them.
Really though, isn't it obvious mom is preoccupied with other things?

oh boy... we have birds of a feather. Take your eyes off them for a sec and they eat all the chocolate covered items they can get their little hands on. I can relate! BTW.... HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
