Three big boys (and the likely straggler)
One rather impressive project...
Last week AJ mixed 102, 80 pound sacks of cement,
poured footings,
and had a few things delivered.
Nearly giddy with excitement, Monday arrived with two buddies and the start
of every boys dream:
Building a fort (in this case bearing the form of a log cabin)
Setting the Lifting Logs which will be used to hoist the Wall Logs into place.
Thankfully there is no shortage of dirt.
And trust Olivia to be covering every square inch of herself in it. She LOVES dirt.
I think she'd eat it if she could! (Hm....maybe she has?)
And I'm going to throw in a couple pictures of my Huckleberry picking crew
- just for fun.

Well girls, I see a lot of cooking and ice water refills in my
Summer vacation, but if there are some trips to the lake thrown
in there somewhere and maybe some homemade Huckleberry ice cream...
