Lollipops

Sitting on my desk waiting for the birth of a baby.

Baby's debut accompanies winter-ish weather and no hope of an outdoor party.

Baby doesn't mind, but brothers and sisters get antsy

"Soon"  says Momma "on the first sunny afternoon"

Waiting. Waiting. Waiting.  Tenderly fingered by every small finger that passes by

and impatient requests "Now Momma?"

Oh dear.  The forecast predicts rain and more rain through the coming week.

What?!

This morning dawned with clear skies proclaiming truth that man is powerless to know...

But God does.

He knows and cares.

He takes pleasure in small things.

He delights in small people.

What He does is not always recognized as big.

But we know better!

Because we had a sunny afternoon today :-)

And a "Welcome Aloria" celebration

with Lollipops.

Thank you LORD, for your big blessings on these small people!

Smiling ear-to-ear!! I especially love the pic with all the kids enjoying their lollies bundled up warm and then your eyes wander to the bottom and behold the little fella wearing his muck boots and shorts. Adorable!

Blessings,
Tracy L.

This is the first time I've announced my presence on your blog, but I absolutely love it and always feel blessed when reading a post here.

Also, I've been given a blog award that I was told to pass on, so here it is; One Lovely Blog award:
